While most of our production charts lived in Autodesk flow, our team utilized a google sheet as our living document to collaborate with our external team members and track the different parts of our unique pipeline.
As a director and producer, I assisted in technical direction and incorporated this into my production management - troubleshooting technical challenges and adjusting our production timeline to fit the needs of our film.
We began utilizing gantt charts even before officially beginning pre-production, developing timelines for only what would be necessary to pitch day one for our film's success in the beginning of development.

As director and producer on the project, I balanced collecting references and notes while also art directing to develop comprehensive guides and reference documents for our sound and music team.
I was also in charge of our guides, naming conventions, progress presentations, and packaging for festivals. These are just a few examples of pitch presentations, guides, and references that I packaged for the team throughout production.
